Oldsmobile Cars
The Olds Motor Vehicle Company was established in 1897 after Ransom Eli Olds, a stationary gasoline engine maker, and Frank Clark, son of a carriage maker, integrated their trades to produce a carriage that run on a gasoline engine. The pioneer company went on to become the first company to mass-produce gasoline powered cars. Oldsmobile joined General Motors in 1908.
Oldsmobile has recently redesigned itself to feature a "superbly refined,
high-performance lineup of vehicles," including the Oldsmobile Alero
coupe, the Intrigue midsize sedan, the Silhouette minivan, the Aurora
4-door sedan and the Oldsmobile Bravada compact SUV.
